Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Hawkwellonline.com, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please note that we only accept returns if the returned items meet the "Return Conditions" specified below.


Return conditions

A. the items are sent back within the stated return period.

B. the items returned must be in their unworn condition with the original shoe box.

C. the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return process

If you're a Hawkwellonlion.com member, you can sign in to your member profile and start a return from the My Account>My Orders page. If you shopped as a guest, you will need to contact our customer support at @Hawkwellonline.com by providing your order number. We will respond within 24 hours.


Refund time

Once we have received your items, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Incorrect or defective items

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, do let us know so that we can make this right.

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when attempting to exchange your order. Therefore, if you would like to exchange your purchase, we recommend returning the first order and simply placing a new order for a replacement item.
