1.How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
Once your return had received and inspected by our return department, the refund will be issued and the refund transaction will take up to 3-5 business days to be shown in your account.
2.How Do I Return My Order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the shoes are eligible for return within 30 days. The shoes must be returned with original shoe box in unworn condition. After your return package has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued. For return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the shoes are still needed, kindly please place a new order for the size, color needed.
3.Can I Make The Exchange If The Shoes Are Not Fitted?
If the shoes received are not fitted, kindly please find the order under 'MY ACCOUNT' -> 'My Orders', opening the 'DETAIL' page and click the 'return' button to submit a return. Refund will be issued after the shoes received and inspected by our team. You could place a new order for the correct size if the shoes are still needed.
4.I Have Received The Wrong Color/Size/Style. What Should I Do?
When it happens, please take some pictures of the shoes received together with the white label at the side of the shoe box where it shows the style, size and color to our customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org). Further actions will be made immediately upon receive those pictures.
5.I Received A Faulty Product. What Should I Do?
If you have received the faulty product, please do not worry and we will hold full responsibility to it. You could write to us with the correct order ID together with some pictures to show the defective parts of the shoes. Further actions will be taken upon receipt of the pictures. To avoid further inconvenience, please do contact us before starting the return.
6.Is There Any Warranty For The Shoes I Purchased If It Has Been Past 30 Days?
There is a quality warranty for the shoes purchased from Hawkwellonlion.com. If there is any quality issue on the shoes within 3-6 months, please take some pictures together with your correct ID and write to our customer support (email@example.com). Once the issue had been confirmed, we will take further action for your purchased item.
